全国一卷二卷三卷区别哪个难度高？

全国一卷。

适用地区不同：

1、全国一卷适用地区：安徽、湖北、福建、湖南、山西、河北、江西、广东、河南、山东。

2、全国二卷适用地区：甘肃、青海、黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、宁夏、新疆、内蒙古、陕西、重庆。

3、全国三卷适用地区：云南、四川、广西、贵州、西藏。

试卷难度不同：

1、全国一卷被认为是最难的。

2、二卷难度紧随全国一卷其后。

3、全国三卷是被认为最简单的。

英语听力难度不同：

1、全国一卷的英语听力是最难的。

2、其次，全国二卷的英语听力三者中第二难的。

分地区：

分教育发达程度：

教育不发达地区的考题通常会考一两点比较偏的的知识点，或者平常比较少见的题型，就比如今年的全国三卷，考生平常训练的方向是前者的方向，这就导致了今年的三卷难度大于一二卷。

全国一二三卷难度

全国三套卷的难度系数上123。1卷的整体教育水平是要比2卷高一个档次，2卷、3卷的难度极为接近。

要说这三套卷子的难度系数，当然是1卷大于2卷略大于3卷，其中二三卷的难度极为接近，两者的难度对于不同的考生是不一样。

全国一二三卷难度系数区别是什么

高考全国一二三套试卷在难度上是相当的，不存在等级、难度上的划分。而且，即使难度上略有区别，全国卷一二三适用的省份不同，一起竞争的也是同地区同水平的考生。

全国一二三卷难度对比

高考全国一卷的整体教育水平是要比二卷高一个档次的，当然，里面也有例外。比如辽宁省的教育就还不错，安徽在一卷试用地区水平较低。但是，试卷的使用地区是与整体教育水平呈线性关系的。因为高考讲究的是一个公平性，你水平低的地方去和水平高的地方比，总是要吃亏。

具体全国一二三卷难度系数不同的年份也有区别，一般情况下是全国一卷和二卷要比全国三卷难度高一些，但是在2016年的全国三卷就比全国一卷和二卷难度要大，因此还是要参考当年的全国一二三套试卷实际情况。

全国卷一二三使用省份

由于各地之间的教育水平、教育资源配置存在差异，高考全国一二三套试卷的适用区域也有所不同。使用全国卷一的地区高考竞争压力较大，使用全国卷二的地区高考竞争压力较小，全国卷一主要适用我国东部和中部教育较发达省份，全国卷二主要适用西部教育较落后的部分省份，全国卷三使用的省份主要是西南地区的部分省份。

另外，全国卷每一年的使用省份也有一些变化，2018年全国一二三卷使用情况：全国一卷适用地区：广东、河南、河北、山西、江西、湖北、湖南、安徽、福建、山东；全国二卷适用地区：甘肃、青海、内蒙古、黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、宁夏、新疆、陕西、重庆；全国三卷适用地区：云南、广西、贵州、四川、西藏。
