As can be seen from the pie chart, more and more people have opportunities to go to college in recent years. In 1998, there were altogether 150,000 students who succeeded in entering the college. One year later, the number of the students that attended college grew to 23,000. With time passing by, more students enjoy their rights to go to college and at the same time because of new educational policies 35,000 students, the number of which is more than twice the mumber of that in 1998, have access to higher education.
From the above chart, we can clearly draw a conclusion that nowadays it is not unachievable for high school students to get further education. In other words, college open their doors wider. Just as a saying goes, knowledge is power. The more we learn, the more intelligent we will become. So we have to cherish these opportunities to go to college and try our best to contribute more to our society.
