学校每周一次，那你就每周3次，自己去找资料，买磁带。还有，一定要多研究听力稿，多读读，明白自己为什么会听错，这是很重要的。

第一次听力考我下了很多时间，就败在心态上，那次很简单。

第二次时，我减小了强度，但也保证每天2次，考了27分，第二次比第一次难很多，以及许多人之前没有我的那种情况，27分已经是我们班最高分。而第二次考试时，我将卡涂完还有1分钟。

你英语不差，听力这关一定要过，这比任何分都要好拿。之所以将我的经历告诉你，是希望你明白，在你已经付出你最大努力的基础上，你能考几分，就不要因为心态而造成遗憾，相信自己的实力，要给予自己充分的肯定。

浙江高考语文、数学、外语每门分数150分。

2023浙江高考总分750分。普通类考试科目为3门必考科目和3门选考科目，语文、数学、外语每门满分150分，按得分计入考生总成绩；选考科目按等级赋分，每门满分100分，以高中学考成绩合格为赋分前提，等级赋分的分差为1分，起点赋分40分。语文、数学提供1次考试机会，成绩当年有效。

浙江省统一高考招生报考科类分为普通类、艺术类、体育类。必考科目：语文、数学、外语3门。外语分为英语、日语、俄语、德语、法语、西班牙语，由考生从中选定1个语种参加考试。各语种均含听力考试。选考科目：从思想政治、历史、地理、物理、化学、生物、技术（含通用技术和信息技术）等7门科目中，选择3门作为高考选考科目。

选考科目为什么采用等级赋分？

选考科目按等级赋分，每门满分100分，以高中学考成绩合格为赋分前提，根据事先公布的比例确定等级，每个等级分差为1分（选考科目等级赋分的分差由3分改为1分,从2022年1月选考起实施），起点赋分40分。选考科目不使用卷面得分，主要因为：

1.不同科目的卷面得分缺乏可比性。选考科目由考生自主选择，不同科目考试内容和难度会不同，把不同科目考试卷面得分机械相加合成总成绩给考生排序显然不够合理。

2.不同科目实行等级分相对可比。等级分，是根据事先确定并公布的各科相同的比例，先按考生的卷面得分划定相应等级，再按等级赋分，相同的等级分数相同，进而使不同科目的分数具有相对可比性。

3.实行等级分在浙江已有实践基础。我省在三位一体和高职提前招生中使用等级分都已多年。还需要补充的是，考生考什么科目、什么时候考试，使用哪次考试成绩都由自己决定，对于实行等级分来说，考生选择机会和权力是平等的。
